AGREEMENT
Presentation Agreement in the competitive marketplace and war for talent, clients sometimes ask us to proactively look for individuals with outstanding skills although they have no specified open position. Our clients will create positions for those individuals that will bring value to their organizations. The presentation agreement allows us to present these performers regards to "open positions" within an organization. This arrangement allows us to discuss client's organization and strategic goals with professionals who are performing well in their current position, who are happy, who are employed, but will entertain a better opportunity.
