Jeb Blanchard, CPC*
Owner

Jeb has 21 years experience as owner of a successful health care recruiting firm. Previously, Jeb spent over six years with IVAC, a division of Eli Lilly, as District Manager and award-winning Systems Consultant. With experience comes understanding; Jeb's experience provides him with a unique perspective of today's challenges in health care. Jeb's involvement in the recruiting industry nationally, and involvement in the health care industry, has allowed him to recognize trends and parallel cycles in both related fields.

Jeb's leadership abilities are recognized locally and nationally, as he has served on the Board of Directors for Tennessee Association of Personnel Services (TAPS) and the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS). Jeb's contribution nationally was formally recognized by NAPS's "Rookie of the Year", "District Director of the Year", and "Outstanding Leadership" awards. 

Through his years in recruiting, Jeb has two mottoes, "Opportunities are perishable commodities" and "You do not accomplish your goals for one of two reasons, you are either incapable or unwilling."

Kay Gammill, DPh CPC*
Account Executive

Kay's experience as a licensed pharmacist in the settings of HMO, retail and hospital pharmacy combined with pharmaceutical sales experience has segued to her award winning national recruiting focus specific to pharmacy service organizations.

Kay is an accomplished professional who combines her personal knowledge of pharmacy with a strong business acumen to provide extraordinary service to her candidates and clients. With thirteen years of recruiting experience, she has placed executive and management professionals in operations, marketing, sales, and clinical areas.

As an account executive, her desire is know her client so intricately that candidates view her as an extension of the company, yet remain a consultant/resource to her client specific to their specialty and the search process.

Laura Cordera, MA
Recruiter

Laura Cordera is our resident psychologist. She completed a Master's degree in Psychology, and years of professional experience in multiple clinical settings, primarily in for profit hospitals.

Laura views recruiting as an ideal avenue to meld her interest in business with her genuine desire to have a positive impact on lives of others. For over nine years, Laura has further utilized her psychology training and experience to become a successful recruiter in permanent and contract placements.  

Laura's background in psychology has prepared her to perform a true needs assessment and behavioral analysis of our candidates. Her interviewing, qualifying, and listening skills are superb. She is a true advocate for her candidates both personally and professionally. Laura knows that if the candidate's personal and professional goals are in alignment with our client's needs, then the client and candidate will be in balance. Her philosophy is that a balanced professional relationship is a long-term profitable one.

Margaret Blackwell
Recruiter/Researcher

Margaret Blackwell has sixteen years experience as a recruiter for the pharmaceutical industry, contract organizations, and search firms. Additionally, her background in pharmaceutical sales and sales management provide an understanding of the healthcare marketplace from many angles. She has been involved in national recruiting projects and has placed hundreds of candidates with these Fortune 500 companies. Margaret is trained in behavioral based interviewing.

Margaret is our office ray of sunshine. Her positive outlook and winning smile are so apparent that they are effectively communicated even over the telephone.

Margaret is an invaluable resource to our recruiting team - as she trained in AIRS, and is our Internet guru.  She conducts regular seminars on Internet searching skills to professionals in the community. Margaret is particularly successful on large projects. Her ability to attract and recruit multiple candidates for our clients is unsurpassed.
